Ken Beaty

After being in education for 33 years, Ken retired from teaching in 2004.  He is married to RuthAnne Swartzbaugh Beaty and they have three children.  Shawn, a teacher at Normal West High School, Derek, an Associate with a private equity firm, CIVC Partners in Chicago, and Cheris, who teaches bilingual education in the Schaumberg School District.  Ken and RuthAnne are the proud grandparents of Kellen and Devin whose parents are Shawn and Nancy Beaty.
